Time for Personalized Coaching?

Just like physical health, mental health requires some work. We need a base level of education, then we need to consistently and diligently apply those skills.

Many of us were never taught the skills we need to stay well in the midst of stressful work, which is where coaching comes in. We will take the foundational material in our On-Demand Course and then discuss your individual needs in 1:1 coaching sessions.

Specific, tactical, actionable.

Our skills program will teach you what you need, then send you on your way. We will walk through a specific curriculum, while simultaneously adjusting it to your individual needs and experiences. Our goal is that you finish the program empowered and focused, knowing exactly how to protect your mental health.

The program is designed for those who serve as first responders or in healthcare, deathcare, or social services. We will address the specific stress that comes with those roles.

Looking for relationship support?

Our relationship coaching program is designed to help couples deal with the stress of one or both partners doing guardian work. It is built on the same foundation as the individual coaching program, with some additional work around communication, conflict management, and whatever other stresses you are facing.

What will change?

Once finished, you will be able to assess and address the following:

  1. How are you doing? This is a harder question to answer than we sometimes think. We will teach you how to specifically assess how you’re doing.

  2. What do you need? Again, we think we should automatically know what we need, but it isn’t always clear. We will help you build a list of options to meet your specific needs.

  3. How to bob and weave. Life is complicated, so our resilience routines need to be flexible and adjustable. We will help build specific plans for bobbin’ and weavin’ as necessary.

  4. If you are taking the couple’s coaching program, we will teach you how to address both your individual needs, and the needs of the relationship. We will work on communication and structure to keep that lovin’ feeling alive.

Our coaching program is an investment in your well-being. The work you do is important, and you deserve to thrive within it. Coaching isn’t a magic wand to make everything better, but it will give you a personalized toolbox and plan.


Individual Coaching

Our individual coaching package includes our on-demand course and three 60-minute coaching sessions.

Relationship Coaching

Our relationship coaching package includes two logins to our on-demand course and three 90-minute coaching sessions.

  • We will schedule based on your needs, but in general we recommend completing all three coaching sessions within 45-60 days.

  • As we work through the material, we may find that more coaching would be helpful, and can add on one more block of three sessions. In order to meet the needs of all clients, no more than six coaching sessions will be available.

  • Oh yes. The bulk of coaching growth happens between sessions when you practice the skills we discuss. You will have homework between each session, tailored to your needs.

  • Coaching is a great start. We will build the foundational skills you need to manage your wellness, then we can discuss how to best tackle the trauma. We provide EMDR intensives, which might be a good option. Or we can discuss finding a good clinician to help you with the process.

  • Yes. We don’t want finances to impede mental wellness, so we have a scholarship fund available. Depending on the funds available and your needs, we can work together to find a solution. Note that maximum scholarship funding is 75% of treatment. We’ve found that “skin in the game” is essential to a successful outcome.
