Has your relationship lost its spark?

Is everything “fine” - but you feel a little more disconnected than you used to, and you aren’t sure what to do about it? Or, maybe your significant other is tell you that they aren’t happy.

Maybe you’re good at balancing overtime, little league drop offs, etc - but you rarely laugh or have fun together?

Our Relationship Challenge is an easy, accessible way to start rebuilding connection. It is most effective when completed by both partners, but even if only one partner follows the process, it will help to identify how to strengthen your bond.

Step One: The 5*5*5

Each of our challenges begins with the 5*5*5 — a brief overview of the key mental health challenges faced by first responders.

Five minutes a day, five days, five dollars. These video trainings will lay the groundwork for your future progress.

Wondering how much progress you can really make in five minutes? One of the most important parts of mental health work is that magical thing called momentum. One small step at a time leads to big changes.

Step Two: The 30*30

Once you’ve tackled the 5*5*5, you’ll gain access to the 30*30. This 30-minute training will help you continue to understand more about your mental health needs.

We are fighting inertia by building on the momentum you’ve started with 5*5*5.

30 minutes, $30. Available after completing Step One.

Step Three: MH 101

Once you complete the first two steps, you will get access to Mental Health 101, which is our 6-module mental health course. Each module is 30 minutes or less.

A true plan requires that you take a tactical and thorough approach to your mental health. This course teaches you how.

At the end of this course you will have a clear understanding of how to take care of yourself, and if more work on trauma or other clinical issues is needed, you will be better equipped to take that step.

Six modules, thirty minutes per module, $101. Available after completing Step Two.

But even if you need more help at the end, this challenge will give you clarity around exactly what you need, which saves time and effort when seeking that support.

  • Probably not. This is not a crisis program, it’s a skills program. If you are needing more complex clinical assistance, either review our page of crisis resources or review our traditional therapy programs. Traditional therapy is only available for clients who either live in Nevada or are able to travel to Nevada for an EMDR intensive.

  • Not for the No Excuses Challenges. We have deliberately set the prices low so that they are accessible to everyone.

  • Yes! With the caveat that we will be intense about the confidentiality of participants. If you purchase for your organization, we are happy to provide completion numbers, but no identifying information. For more information, email shannon@stackofstones.com.
