Each day we will cover an essential topic for understanding your mental well-being, with guidance on how to start taking better care of yourself.

Mental fitness takes work, just like physical fitness. This is a great way to start.

How does it work?

Once you register, you will receive an email with the first day’s video. A new video will arrive each day for five days. Please be sure to check spam if I don’t magically appear in your inbox.

What do I need to do?

This is designed to be simple and straightforward. Simply watch each short video and consider how it applies to your life. Our goal is always to be practical and straightforward, so each video will have a clear goal.

What if I’m not a first responder or other helping professional?

The videos are specifically tailored to the stress of these roles, so some parts might not apply, but you are always welcome to register. If you are in a relationship with someone who serves in these roles, this will be a great way to learn more about how to support them.
