BURNOUT BOOTCAMP

Are you feeling fried? Worn down? Crabby as hell?

Excellent. Then Burnout Bootcamp is for you. We’ve taken everything we’ve learned from our client work and turned it into a 3-week program that will give you core mental health skills and protocols.

If you need to take action, but have struggled to know where to start, this is designed for you. The program combines the Guardian Mental Health 101 online course and individualized coaching sessions.

Three weeks. 2 hours each week. You will walk away with a better understanding of what you need and how to handle it.

How exactly does it work?

First, you will get access to Guardian Mental Health 101, which is our core tactical training.

You will watch two of the online trainings each week. They are less than 30 minutes each, so easy peasy.

Next, you will do a one-hour coaching session with Shannon each week (three coaching sessions total). We will use this time to help you apply the tactics in the training to your own personality and needs.

Coaching can be done either in-person or online.

Finally, you will put your new plan into practice. The goal of the program is to teach you exactly what you need and to build a plan for meeting those needs. It’s straightforward and practical. You walk away knowing yourself better and feeling empowered to handle the stress of your job.

Mental health isn’t magic.

It’s skills and practice.

Burnout Bootcamp is a good option for you if:

You work as a guardian.

The course is specifically built for the strain that comes with working as a first responder or healthcare/deathcare professiona

You like structure and protocol.

By the end of this program you will build a clear protocol to follow. You will also learn how to adjust those protocols as needed, based on your individual situation.

You’re ready to get to work.

The time commitment for Bootcamp is low, but that doesn’t mean you don’t need to be ready to work. We will give you the skills, you need to put them into practice.

You aren’t in crisis.

This isn’t a good resource if you are experiencing a mental health crisis, such as divorce, thoughts of suicide, or active addiction.

Our final Bootcamp of 2024 will run from November 4th thru November 22nd, just in time to prep for holiday stress.

Individual Bootcamp

Let’s get to work, especially with the holiday season approaching. There is no better time to work on your individual needs and habits.

Cost: $499

Relationship Bootcamp

The holiday season, combined with guardian work, can be really hard on relationships. Complete Bootcamp with your significant other and we will make plans for you both as individuals, as well as for your relationship.

Cost: $750

    We do have limited scholarship funds available as well.

    Keep in mind that Bootcamp is an investment in your well-being, and is often far less expensive that traditional options.
